Escape Room Services

- The Client agrees to pay Widget Cave LLC the total project cost as outlined in the project proposal or scope of work document.
- Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be specified in the project proposal or scope of work document.
4. Design and Intellectual Property:
- All designs, concepts, and intellectual property developed during the project remain the property of Widget Cave LLC unless otherwise specified.
- The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use any designs or intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Materials and Suppliers:
- Widget Cave LLC reserves the right to source materials and supplies from reputable suppliers.
- Any specific materials requested by the Client must be approved in advance, and any additional costs incurred will be communicated and approved by the Client.
6. Inspection and Acceptance:
- The Client is responsible for inspecting the completed escape room upon delivery or installation.
- Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable timeframe, and Widget Cave LLC will make necessary corrections.
7. Liability:
- Widget Cave LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the escape room.
- The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of the escape room by themselves or their guests.
8. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the project or service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement or fails to fulfill their obligations.
- Termination may be subject to termination fees or reimbursement for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Washington State, with the prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
